We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care in Lake Worth, FL. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of clinical services provided by Primary Therapists and other clinical staff, under the direction of the Clinical Director. This role includes supervising documentation in the EMR, providing clinical oversight and redirection, guiding therapeutic practices, and contributing to the development and enhancement of clinical programs. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in managing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing clinical team. You may also maintain a small caseload, delivering direct therapeutic services as needed. Position Details: Reports to: Clinical Director Schedule: Full-Time| 10 AM - 6:00 PM | Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday Location: Lake Worth, FL (on-site) Key Responsibilities: Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance. Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists. Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed. Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development. Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed. Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services major. An active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Florida. Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics. Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards. Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment. 2 years of management experience.
