Clinical Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our clinical programing. Responsibilities: Carry a clinical caseload while also providing leadership and support to the team. Oversee and maintain compliance with clinical documentation and quality standards. Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to staff to ensure best practices and clinical excellence. Collaborate with other departments to support seamless service delivery and enhance client outcomes. Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the program to meet evolving needs. Position details: Reports To: Clinical Director Schedule: Full-Time schedule Location: Palm Desert, CA (onsite) Compensation: $90,000 - $97,000 annually Requirements: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the state of CA (PsyD accepted as well). 3 years of experience in the field of behavioral or mental health care. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing clinical responsibilities.
