14018 - Business Analyst (onsite) - Miami Lakes, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Required: •Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Miami Lakes, FL (required); •Experience as a Business Analyst (1-3 years ); •Experience with Agile program development methodology Preferred: •Experience with SAP •Experience with EDI (for 18040) •Customer service experience (for 18040) Responsibilities : •Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing. Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently. •Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis •Ensure all processes are well documented •Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution •Supports day-to-day operations for Billing Options programs; including, eBill, Summary Bill, EDI, Budget Bill and Fixed Rate.
