(required); • Experience in project management; • Experience developing and execute impactful promotional strategies; • Campaign coordination experience in marketing, utility, digital payments, or customer engagement domains.
Responsibilities
: • Lead various campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment in electronic billing and payment options. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative content for promotional campaigns. • Coordinate with technical teams to integrate bill and promotional messaging across billing communications. • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, monitor enrollments, and identify discontinue requests. • Develop strategies to optimize performance across all enrollment channels. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating robust negotiation and analytical skills. • Apply strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives
