Junior Computer Systems Analyst

DMI, LLC is seeking a Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join us. Duties and responsibilities include: total ticket ownership for service network service requests and escalated incidents/issues, tracking tickets to completion, reporting on outcomes, and communicating status and resolution to customer stakeholders and users. Serves as the first point of contact for network service requests, categorizing and assigning tickets within ServiceNow. Ensure accurate documentation of user issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolution. Qualifications include: high school diploma, 0-1 years of experience. Required and desired skills/certifications include applying fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Must be able to pass a Public Trust Clearance. Min citizenship status required: U.S. Citizen.
