If you enjoy working with people and want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you-especially if you're motivated, energetic, and customer-focused. Previous experience in sales or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives.Respond promptly to internet inquiries and showroom visits.Work closely with sales management and business development staff to close sales.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends.Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.Complete manufacturer and dealership training and certification modules.Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (or another second language relevant to the customer base).High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license (MD, DC, or VA) with clean driving record.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.BenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, and vision)401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and holidaysPaid sick leave (SSL)Ongoing training and professional developmentSupportive team environment with opportunities for advancementEqual Opportunity EmployerJim Coleman Honda is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
