We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary The TEMP Recruiter is responsible for assisting in full-cycle recruitment and partial onboarding management of both internal and external talent for positions at all Headquarter locations nationwide, as well as occasionally assisting with grade-level positions at our Ports and VPCs. The primary focus is to fill entry to mid-management level positions. Additionally, this position is required to assist in monitoring recruiting trends and metrics while ensuring Glovis America is hiring the best possible talent. Compensation 6 months ; $28.00/Hour (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities Full-cycle process recruitment for all headquarter offices

Successfully partner with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance all phases of recruitment and onboarding experience Manage and participate in requisition flow and applicant screening process providing guidance to hiring managers and leadership team Collaborate with GUS Recruitment team to monitor and manage full-cycle recruiting for all headquarter locations Summarize results of screenings and make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates Responsible for creating complete and accurate hiring packets and submitting them timely for approval Create offer letters, collect candidate acceptances, process background checks, and schedule drug screenings Source and attract top candidates by using databases, social media, etc, and recommending marketing strategies Responsible for posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing (both virtual and in-person where applicable) potential candidates for hiring managers

Educate, counsel, and advise HR and hiring managers on candidates

Provide solutions and recommendations on hiring policies and practices Send weekly- biweekly updates to hiring managers on the status of their positions Send new hire announcements to required personnel at least one week in advance (or ASAP upon special circumstances) Assist with ATS implementation, maintenance, end-user training, and process efficiency Collaborate with recruiting and HR team to provide quarterly metric data to executive-level personnel Assist in updates to the Recruitment Dashboard Ad hoc reporting Participate in job fairs and college recruiting events, as needed Other duties as assigned

Skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Required Intermediate PC skills including experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Required Monitoring of metric data and process efficiency Required Must possess excellent time-management skills and critical-thinking ability Required Work independently with minimal supervision Required Education & Experience HS Diploma/G.E.D Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred 1-2 years of direct experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Required 2-5 years of direct experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing Stand/walk Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
