Job Summary:
The Management Reporting & Solutions Analyst provides accurate, timely financial reports and maintains database integrity. Adaptability is crucial, as team members must understand our business strategies and operations, proactively respond to environmental changes, and manage reports and automation projects.
Demonstrate ability to learn and become familiar with systems, processes, and procedures in management reporting.
Understand existing analytical and automation solutions, seeking opportunities for improvement or innovation.
Collaborate with internal clients to gather insights, and design and implement solutions using Power Query, Power BI, and other tools.
Produce analytics solutions to improve processes and reduce manual work.
Build dashboards and monitoring tools using Power BI, OBIEE, and Excel to track performance metrics and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Preferred 3+ years of financial analysis experience; strong or junior candidates considered.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Power Query data modeling.
Proficiency in report building with Power BI, OBIEE, and Tableau.
Ability to model data from various sources into a cohesive model.
Knowledge of database design and SQL.
Understanding of banking products.
Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
Independent work ethic with minimal supervision.
Commitment to secure and accurate data environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Ability to collaborate across teams and identify best practices.
