Responsibilities
The Technical Specialist - Drivetrain Systems is responsible for leading the development of advanced driveline technologies and supporting long-term product and market direction: Act as the subject matter expert for driveline and torque transmission systems Analyze and document system-level requirements for production programs Develop and maintain the product roadmap for future driveline technologies Translate customer, regulatory, and market trends into system requirements Drive simulation, validation planning, and vehicle-level product development Engage in technical discussions with customers and present driveline solutions Contribute to and protect intellectual property through patents and technical publications Up to 25% travel as needed Other duties as assigned Experience
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline (MSEE or MSME preferred) 15+ years of experience in driveline systems development Strong background in intellectual property development (patents/publications) Deep experience interfacing with OEM customers and suppliers in the driveline sector
