Responsibilities
The Technical Specialist - Switches / HMI is responsible for driving the advancement of switch technologies and Human Machine Interface systems: Serve as the subject matter expert for switches and HMI systems Analyze and define system-level requirements to support production programs Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap Translate customer needs, market trends, and regulatory drivers into robust system specifications Support validation planning, lab testing, and product development Engage in technical dialogue with OEMs and suppliers to present solutions Up to 25% travel as needed Other duties as assigned Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline 15+ years of experience in switch and HMI systems development Demonstrated success in intellectual property development (patents/publications) Strong experience interfacing with customers and/or suppliers in the HMI/switch space
