Senior Business Systems Analyst

Are you ready to define and formulate system scopes and objectives through research and a deep understanding of business systems and industry requirements? As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Spectrum, you will leverage this knowledge to design and develop new systems by configuring hardware, software or repurpose existing systems to achieve new and improved outcomes. In this role, you will tackle the most complex projects, driving innovation and efficiency to improve product experiences for our customers. How You'll Make an Impact Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements, analyzing operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for automation Leverage technical expertise and existing technologies identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements Consult with management and users to determine the needs of the system, specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet users' needs Oversee testing and implementation, looking for opportunities to improve process, validate performance, and reduce risk Perform both programming and analysis tasks on business systems May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues Facilitate communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business units from initial requirements to final implementation Working Conditions Office Environment What You'll Bring To Spectrum Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years business systems or IT related experience Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Abilities Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and lead or manage multiple projects at one time Ability to work both independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel Travel Ability Office Environment Schedule Full time Preferred Qualifications Innovative Tools & Tech: Work with high-performing software and applications on the forefront of the digital telecommunications industry.
