Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Business/Systems Analyst III
to review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business users and the engineering/development team, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. This role is critical in ensuring systems meet business objectives efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate current IT systems operations to identify areas for improvement. Determine user needs and system requirements through detailed consultation and analysis. Recommend system enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. Serve as the primary point of contact between end users and engineering/development staff. Identify, document, report, and track system issues and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into formal technical deliverables. Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. Ensure proper documentation of system processes and changes. Provide ongoing support and training to users as needed. Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in IT systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field. Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and IT operations. Proven ability to elicit and document user and business requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations. Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools is a plus.
