Now Hiring: Full-Time Field Supervisor - White Plains, NY Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Field Supervisor who is ready to lead teams, solve problems on the ground, and support client sites across White Plains.
About the Role: As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising Security Officers in the field, ensuring coverage and compliance with post orders, conducting inspections, coaching team members, and assisting with scheduling and incident response. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines people management, operational oversight, and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support Security Officers across assigned client sites Ensure high-quality service and adherence to post orders Conduct site visits and inspections to assess performance and coverage Provide on-site coaching, training, and guidance to security staff Serve as a liaison between branch management, security personnel, and clients Respond to incidents and fill in for open shifts as needed Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll reporting and scheduling Promote a positive and professional work environment at all times What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required At least 2 years of security experience, with supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to adapt to various site protocols and handle high-pressure situations professionally Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required What You Can Expect:
