Security Supervisor
positions play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role involves leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring post compliance, and delivering exceptional service through proactive supervision, training, and communication.
Security Supervisor - $25.00/hr
A
Security Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies. Training & Development:
Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness. Scheduling & Coverage:
Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately. Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence. Incident Management:
Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports. Performance Management:
Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed. Patrolling & Inspections:
Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance. Administrative Support:
Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience (retail experience preferred). Must meet all state and local licensing requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
