About You:
Providing excellent customer service brings you joy. You are knowledgeable about food and comfortable talking about preparation methods and ingredients. You seek out opportunities to 'leave it better than you found it.' You are not afraid to acknowledge and learn from your mistakes. You want to be a part of a growing company that values their employees. What You Bring to the Table:
Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting Food prep experience Experience running a cash register a plus Able to follow directions and work independently Effective verbal communication skills Reliable transportation The Good Stuff:
Base pay of $13/hr + tip pool averages between $15-17/hr Awesome Hours and Flexible Work Schedule, M-F from 8:30am - 3:00pm OFF WEEKENDS Free Employee Shift Meal as well as an additional 40% deli discount Growth opportunities - learn and cross train 401(k) retirement plan and company match after 1 year of employment Employer provided EAP program
