We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Produce Team Member to enhance our department's operations. As a valued member of our Produce team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and fresh produce to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a fresh and inviting shopping experience by keeping displays and shelves clean, organized, and stocked. Assist in the organization and presentation of seasonal and high-volume items. Monitor product freshness and minimize waste; communicate spoilage to department leads. Complete necessary worksheets related to spoilage, sampling, and temperature checks. Contribute to periodic inventory assessments. Be punctual, groomed, and prepared to fulfill your scheduled shifts and attend training/meetings. Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer needs and utilizing effective selling techniques. Boost sales through proficient stocking, prepping, and merchandising practices. Adhere to established health and sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe work environment. Carry out opening, mid, and closing responsibilities; ensure pricing and signage accuracy. Immediately report any safety hazards or violations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: Enthusiasm for proactive selling. A willingness to learn about our diverse range of produce. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Commitment to excellent customer service standards. Engage in physical activities such as bending, twisting, and reaching. Work with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and be exposed to varying temperatures. Work in both wet and dry conditions. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position offers a wage range of $19.00-$25.40 per hour based on experience.
