We are hiring a full-Time RN Nurse Manager for our Center for Total Women's Health practice located in Lansdale, PA with additional location in Blue Bell & Pottstown, PA Hours: Day hours 8a-4p / 9a-5p Locations: Lansdale, Blue Bell & Pottstown The person hired will be responsible for the coordination of patient care and an important participant in policy and procedure implementations as they relate to medical services for nursing staff. The role will also serve as a member of the site management team. Other job duties include but are not limited to: Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, ensuring adequate clinical staffing and optimal patient flow. Schedule, supervise, and coordinate the clinic Medical Staff (Ultrasound technicians and clinical staff) so that all necessary nursing services are available at all times. Support, train, and supervise Medical staff Participates in the hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary process of support staff. As needed, assist providers with complex procedures, emergencies, or other clinical situations in which a nursing presence is indicated. Assist in the adoption and implementation of new technologies and activities that improve patient care and clinical efficiency. Support the clinical care team of providers, medical assistants, and others as needed. Oversee lab and processing of specimens, ordering blood work, CLIA, CLIS, OSHA and MLE Reviewing daily labs slips and results and forward to appropriate provider, oversees surgical suite (minor surgeries) screens surgical candidates and make sure there is a smooth flow during procedures, Oversees Quad A compliance and reviews lab processes and compliance Experience and Education: A degree from an accredited nursing program. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-volume outpatient OB/GYN practice. Previous experience managing others. Active CPR Certification. Knowledge of CPT coding, Lab order sets, LabDAQ, LOINC, LIS, Quad A and eCW Full-Time Benefits Summary: Full-time benefit eligibility with benefits beginning the first of the month after starting.
