Salary Range : $21.41 - $32.11 Hourly Job Shift : Full Time Description

The IT Technician supports the region in installing and maintaining PCs, hardware and software in the Regional Office and different centers in the areas, under the direction and guidance of the IT Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, support and maintain PC hardware including desktops, notebooks, monitors, printers, and audiovisual equipment. Install, support and maintain PC applications in a Windows 7/10 Active Directory environment. Software includes Operating Systems, MS Office Maintain proper documentation, as required by the leadership of Corporate IT, to properly track the status of all service calls, to assist the helpdesk in providing prompt response to users, and report on the progress of duties related to project participation May perform other duties as assigned. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction Interact with users and staff at the technical level, as required. Support of helpdesk for appropriate level requests Assist in IT Manager in planning IT budget needs Provide IT support to users within the office Qualifications

Qualifications:

Min. 3-4 years of experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support capacity. Extensive application support experience with Windows XP, 7, 10 and Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Additional knowledge of Mac OS a plus but not required Strong PC and network troubleshooting skills Good communication and customer service skills Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including [firewalls, Active Directory Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. Experience with data management a plus. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws desired Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Provide own transportation to travel to sites throughout the Area Ability to prioritize and plan the work effectively. Ability to work independently with guidance from manager at a different location. Be able to pass Fingerprinting requirement.
