Compensation Pay Range:$65.00/hrs
Description • Process payroll for employees on a semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly basis. • Coordinate and process international payrolls, including FX rate adjustments. • Handle garnishments and respond to inquiries. • Verify employment forms and communicate with lenders. • Collaborate with HRIS for IRS updates. • Submit Union Dues and manage related communications. • Provide payroll data for labor statistics.
Key Responsibilities • Process domestic and international payrolls accurately and on time. • Coordinate with payroll vendors and ensure compliance with international requirements. • Manage garnishments and act as a subject matter expert. • Respond to payroll inquiries promptly. • Create and provide ad-hoc payroll reports. • Collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll issues. • Participate in payroll projects and system enhancements.
Qualifications • 3-5 years' experience with multi-state payroll processing. • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • International payroll processing experience preferred. • Knowledge of payroll general ledger and tax laws. • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
