Cybersecurity Compliance Qa Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented QA Business Analyst to support the Cybersecurity Compliance team. This role is focused on access management and will be responsible for managing ad hoc requests, supporting certification campaigns, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, access management, and Excel, with a proactive mindset for identifying downstream impacts and optimizing data for future use. Key Responsibilities: Manage access management requests from intake to validation: Analyze data requirements and intended changes. Update the Matrix repository accordingly. Prepare and send data to the SailPoint team for implementation. Validate that changes made by SailPoint match the original request. Support quarterly certification campaigns by monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. Anticipate and communicate the impact of access changes across systems and roles. Optimize and future-proof data sets to support long-term compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, SailPoint support, and compliance stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Access Management processes and tools. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Power BI experience is a plus. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles. Experience working with SailPoint or similar identity governance platforms. Ability to leverage Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
