About The Role
This opening is due to growth The Accounts Payable Manager will lead a team of 5 and manage the day-to-day AP process Core hours are 8–5, with flexibility after training The organization offers great benefits and an office full of genuinely kind people Culture is warm, mission-driven, and values work-life balance
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll oversee and support a team of 5 Manage full-cycle AP, including reviewing invoices and weekly check runs Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Ensure timely and accurate payments Identify process improvements and support smooth operations
What They’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or similar leadership role Confident managing invoices, payment cycles, and team performance Strong communication and organizational skills
