Job Overview

A boutique financial services firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the firm’s accounting function. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent setting and have experience managing all aspects of bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance for a small but fast-paced financial services business. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements. Work closely with external accountants and auditors as needed. Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records. Implement and improve accounting processes and controls. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to leadership. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper (financial services industry experience strongly preferred). Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without supervision. Excellent communication skills and discretion when handling confidential financial information. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (but not required with significant experience). What We Offer

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Note: Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
