$23.00 - $25.00
Summary:
WesTech has an immediate need for a full-time employee who, while working in the warehouse doing receiving and inventory, assures timely shipment and organization of merchandise, and builds shipping crates.
Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments.
Some of the work that you will do:
Load/unload trucks Receive items into warehouse Verify items received against purchase order and packing list Stock materials in warehouse in their proper location Create labels, tags, and packing lists Processing UPS, FED EX, DHL, etc. Pulling and staging inventory items for jobs Delivers and retrieves supplies to and from vendors / suppliers Build crates with pneumatic nail guns, staplers, and hand tools Here are the skills that you need:
High school graduate, GED, or equivalent education Knowledge of or prior experience with computers Valid, unexpired Driver's License Able to pass a UDOT physical for DOT card Good communication skills, attitude, and logistics knowledge Here are the skills that will set you apart:
Forklift Experience Experience with power tools (pneumatic nail guns, pneumatic staplers, drills, and hand tools) Experience driving large delivery trucks (Non-CDL) Physical Demands
Ability to use a workstation including a computer/phone Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear and see Regularly required to move around the facility Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds Benefits and perks we offer:
