Summary As the US Mining Industry Business Development Manager, you will lead growth strategies, client relationships, market expansion, and project leadership in water treatment for the minerals beneficiation and mining sectors, especially Acid Mine Drainage Treatment. This role involves managing marketing and business development activities in DBOOM, Asset Acquisitions, and Turnkey Systems and Solutions sales, working closely with senior management. Key responsibilities include developing growth strategies, expanding client relationships, developing market networks, managing projects from conception to delivery, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water treatment within the mining industry, a proven track record in business development, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 15+ years of industry experience, and willingness to travel. Experience in minerals beneficiation, mining water treatment, especially AMD, and existing US/Canada client networks will be highly regarded. Physical requirements involve working at work sites, sitting at a workstation, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
