Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Analyst for their Brooklyn, OH location. Responsibilities: Developing, Writing, Organizing, and Maintaining clear and accurate Procedures: Develop and manage a comprehensive library for EDIS operating control procedures. Performing Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of these procedures to ensure they are current and effective. Coordinating and Documenting Reviews: Collaborate with appropriate personnel to coordinate and document these reviews. Aligning with Operational Goals: Work closely with the application support teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with our operational objectives. Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in existing procedures and propose improvements. Overseeing Action Items: Oversee, coordinate, and track the status of finding action items, remediation plans, and other related tasks. Collaborate with EDIS teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify additional needs for operational procedures and develop them accordingly. Performing other functions such as metrics reporting and tracking. Requirements: Required Skills for this position Do not submit a candidate that does not have this experience. Proven experience in business analysis oar related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency tools such as Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with documentation Ard sand best practices helpful. Strong proof reading and editing skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Experience collaborating with cross-function alitames required. Experience working with application support teams Bachelor's Degree (technical writing communications or related field)preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Minimum of 4-6 years as a business analyst or previous writing experience. Why Should You Apply?
