Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and communicative Lead Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our processes, focusing on the creation, organization, and maintenance of our Enterprise Data and Information Services operating control procedures. This person would be responsible for a variety of tasks and will report directly to the EDIS Portfolio Manager for Data Operations/Master Data Management/Customer xchange. He/she will work closely with all support teams across EDIS. Key Responsibilities: Developing, Writing, Organizing, and Maintaining clear and accurate Procedures: Develop and manage a comprehensive library for EDIS operating control procedures. Performing Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of these procedures to ensure they are current and effective. Coordinating and Documenting Reviews: Collaborate with appropriate personnel to coordinate and document these reviews. Aligning with Operational Goals: Work closely with the application support teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with our operational objectives. Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in existing procedures and propose improvements. Overseeing Action Items: Oversee, coordinate, and track the status of finding action items, remediation plans, and other related tasks. Collaborate with EDIS teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify additional needs for operational procedures and develop them accordingly.
