P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. Our Great American Software Lab (G.A.S. Lab) is looking for a .Net Cloud Native Engineer to join our team and work a hybrid schedule out of the Cincinnati office.

Desired Skills/ Experience : Ability to dive into a large polyglot codebase and contribute as you learn. Being okay with the uncomfortable feeling that comes from learning new things. Interest in exploring new programming paradigms, languages, and patterns. Demonstrable ability to research problems and break them into discrete parts. Have empathy with your pair and freely exchange feedback on a continual basis. Enthusiastic about or at least comfortable with Test Driven Development (TDD). Worked in a pair programming environment (preferred) Contributed to an open-source project (preferred). Experience with log analysis, streaming data, and streaming metrics. Experience with metric analysis and visualization. Has mentored others in a professional setting. BA/BS in Computer Science or related experience. Minimum of 4 years of programming experience.
