Biocytogen is seeking a high-impact, early-career technology specialist to take ownership of critical digital systems that support our fast-growing CRO operations. As the IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms-including CRM systems, analytics tools, new platform deployments, and cybersecurity protocols.
This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to drive integration projects, make technical decisions, and collaborate directly with business, science, and operational teams. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend systems that enhance Biocytogen's operational excellence and client service capabilities. 2. IT Platform Integration
Architect and oversee the integration of key platforms (LIMS, ERP, CRM, CMS, Client Portal, financial systems) across business units. Design and manage secure, real-time data flows between internal systems and external collaborators or clients. Partner with vendors and software teams to optimize API connectivity and middleware layers. 3. CRM Management & Data Analytics Support
