Onsite Job - Quality Inspector (Electronics)
for a Job Opportunity in
Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Max Payrate Range: $30/hr to $34/hr on W2.
Onsite Job: Quality Inspector (Electronics) Work Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL - 32548 Duration: 06+ Months Contract Shift: 1st, 10AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Description :
Use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed electronic/electrical assembled products such as Electronic Assemblies, Electrical Cables and Harnesses, Surface Mount and Thru Hole Circuit Card Assemblies • Use various measuring devices and testing equipment. • Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems. • Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and specifications, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists. • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Required Skill Set : • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using Microscope, Eye Loup, and other means of Magnification • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and specifications, drawings or inspection instructions, and other techinical documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field
Desired Skills Set :
IPC-610 and J-STD-001 Certification Preferred. IPC-610 and IPC-620 Instructor Certification a plus Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Minimum 5 years Electronic Assembly Preferred
Education Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in a technical field, such as engineering, quality engineering, or a related field, preferred
