Quality Inspector Fort Walton Beach FL Contract - 1st Shift, 9/80 Hours: 10am - 6pm Pay Rate: $32.18/hr. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k REQUIREMENTS: Quality Inspector
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience using Microscope, Eye Loup, and other means of Magnification Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawings or inspection instructions, and other techinical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Inspector
Use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed electronic/electrical assembled products such as Electronic Assemblies, Electrical Cables and Harnesses, Surface Mount and Thru Hole Circuit Card Assemblies. Use various measuring devices and testing equipment. Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems. Work from blueprints, diagrams, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Quality Inspector
