Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial and multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and standards. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular progress meetings with the project team and provide updates to senior management. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively. Monitor resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficiency. Foster positive relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

A strong background in commercial and multifamily construction. Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects effectively. Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on the job site. What's on Offer
