Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Working Foreman to lead electrical crews and oversee installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on complex industrial job sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring advanced knowledge of industrial power systems and the ability to drive project success while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: -Lead and supervise industrial electrical crews on-site, ensuring all work complies with project blueprints, schematics, and specifications. -Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, conduit, and PLCs. -Enforce compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and company safety protocols. -Perform and oversee inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to quickly resolve issues. -Manage job site logistics including labor, materials, and tools to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate work and maintain project timelines. -Train, mentor, and supervise electricians and apprentices to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. -Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates. -Ensure strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other electrical safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: -Experience: 5+ years in industrial electrical work, with at least 2 years in a foreman or a lead role. -Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems preferred. -Licensing: Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by state/local regulations).
Technical Knowledge & Skills: -Proficient in industrial power distribution, motor controls, VFDs, MCCs, PLC programming/troubleshooting, and high-voltage equipment. -Skilled in conduit bending (EMT, rigid), rigging, grounding, and wiring methods. -Familiar with thermal imaging, megohm testing, and power quality monitoring tools. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. -Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid.
Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
