is seeking an experienced HRMS Functional Support Analyst to support its Workday HRMS application. The role focuses on Workforce Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll, working with technical and business analysts to implement, upgrade, and optimize the system. Please include a

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. 7+ years of operational experience supporting Workday HRMS applications. 6+ years of experience with Workday HRMS system implementations or upgrades, including participation in at least 2 full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations. Experience as a Workday HRMS Functional Lead on 2+ implementation or upgrade projects. Proven expertise in implementing Workday HRMS ERP systems with full lifecycle involvement and technical knowledge of Workday applications. Advanced understanding of business requirements, processes, and implementation for at least three Workday HRMS core modules, such as Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruiting, or Absence Management. Experience configuring workflow approvals and managing application security in Workday HRMS. Proficiency in QA testing, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring customer requirements are met. Experience working with a Transit agency. (preferred but not required) Public Sector experience. (preferred but not required) Technical and Functional Skills: Advanced knowledge of HR business practices, workflow analysis, business systems design, and process re-engineering. Expertise in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap analysis, and documenting design, test plans, and scripts. Proficiency in creating user reports within Workday HRMS and technical skills with SQL for data review, troubleshooting, and validation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical teams and users to plan and implement or upgrade HRMS applications. Provide daily user support and troubleshoot system issues. Act as a functional liaison with the technical team for IT-supported issues or enhancements, including creating functional specifications and testing. Help users utilize the HRMS application effectively, including exploring additional functionality. Lead requirement analysis sessions to identify key business objectives and solutions. Build and refine application business processes with the team. Support the creation of advanced reports for team use. Review regulatory updates, communicate changes, and assist with testing, training, and implementation of updates or upgrades. Gather and document requirements to address business problems with system solutions. Assist users with configuration changes, testing, training, and process documentation. Provide ongoing mentoring and knowledge sharing for functional users. Manage records following the companys Records Management Policies. Perform other related functional analyst duties as needed.
