Cybersecurity Analyst

Work You'll Do Coordinates incident response functions and provides expert technical support to enterprise-wide cyber defense technicians to resolve cyber defense incidents. Correlates incident data to identify specific vulnerabilities and make recommendations that enable expeditious remediation. Performs analysis of log files from a variety of sources to identify possible threats to network security. Performs cyber defense incident triage, to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact, identifying the specific vulnerability, and making recommendations that enable expeditious remediation. Performs cyber defense trend analysis and reporting. Performs initial, forensically sound collection of images and inspect to discern possible mitigation/remediation on enterprise systems. Performs real-time cyber defense incident handling tasks to support deployable Incident Response Teams. Receives and analyzes network alerts from various sources within the enterprise and determine possible causes of such alerts. Tracks and documents cyber defense incidents from initial detection through final resolution. Employs approved defense-in-depth principles and practices. Collects intrusion artifacts and use discovered data to enable mitigation of potential cyber defense incidents. Coordinates with intelligence analysts to correlate threat assessment data. Monitors external data sources to maintain currency of cyber defense threat condition. The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice is designed for impact. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Active TS - Q clearance required. 3+ years of IT-related work experience. The wage range for this role is $73,100 to $121,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
