You will be an IT Services team member, responsible for providing technical support to a military organization. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, and we're looking for a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. What You Will Be Doing
As an IT Services team member, you will be responsible for: Deploying and maintaining system hardware, operating systems, and software installations Documenting all aspects of IT services provided, including system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities Adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines set out by the Government, including security protocols and vulnerability assessments Supporting the IT infrastructure and systems used by military forces, including audio, video, printing, and broadcast assets Provisioning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various software applications and hardware equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, and audio-visual equipment Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless IT services and support Why Join Us
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you're a team player with a strong background in IT services, including system administration, networking, and security. You're familiar with Government policies and procedures, and you have a good working knowledge of security protocols and vulnerability assessments. You're also comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and you're able to effectively document and communicate technical information. - A working knowledge of Windows Servers - A solid understanding of client workstations operating systems. - A basic understanding of Group Policy design and configuration. - Strong communication and documentation skills - Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. - Able to document steps and actions on IT Support Tickets. - Positive, self-motivated - Team Player Other Important Information

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
