The Assistant Nurse Director NICU will report directly to the Director of Nursing for the Women's & Infants' health service line and be supported by a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, Educator, and dedicated team of Staff RN who are specialized in caring for Level 3 NICU patients Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Director NICU will include overseeing day to day operations of the Level III NICU, managing department budget, updating policy procedures, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideally, the Assistant Nurse Director NICU will have previous leadership experience, and a clinical background working in a Level III Neonatal INtensive Care Unit. The Assistant Nurse Director NICU will be a positive leader who aspires to motivate and mentor teams.
