Beauty Heroes® is healthy natural and organic beauty discovery service and online beauty retailer headquartered in Novato, California. We are seeking a motivated, creative and dynamic individual that is interested in joining a small, growing operations team.
We are seeking a seasonal part time customer service, beauty + wellness e-commerce shipping and fulfillment specialist for a small but rapidly growing beauty company in Novato.
This position is part time and seasonal, but can grow into a permanent role depending on business needs. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, and eye for detail and enjoys working back of house in fulfillment. Strong computer skills and time management and planning are important for this role. This position requires some lifting, up to 30 lbs. This role is physically active, with extended periods of standing and moving to fulfill orders. This position also contributes to general warehouse organization and planning.

Customer Care:
•Attend to routine customer service issues as assigned via our customer care platform
•Communicate back order progress as needed to customers
Daily Warehouse + Fulfillment Duties:
•Print, sort and prioritize orders
•Pick, pack and ship orders
•Review inventory levels and report requirements
•Receive inventory in our inventory management system daily
•Unpack, check-in and store products received
•Manage, organize and plan ahead to ensure proper inventory of product, business and shipping supplies
•Review and manage back orders to ensure they are expedited
•Directly maintain and ensure the fulfillment team is maintaining work area cleanliness and order
•Dispose of packing materials and cartons
•Support subscription fulfillment as required
•Conduct inventory as required
•Manage inventory of promotional product
•Plan ahead for upcoming promotional events at Beauty Heroes
This position will begin as an on-call/part-time/seasonal position and can move to part-time as business levels increase
Candidate must be located near Novato, California for an easy commute distance.
