Overview:

Responsible for creating and maintaining a valid master schedule for material and capacities by effectively balancing supply and demand for product. A valid master schedule is aligned with the operating plan resulting from sales and is the basis for detailed manufacturing schedules, which are executable on the production floor; level loaded, and optimizes capacity utilization and inventory. Responsibilities: Update and maintain the production schedule daily to ensure on-time deliveries. Identify and prioritize problems related to production and scheduling to minimize delays. Consult Account Managers to determine their requirements and adjust production schedules accordingly. Prioritize work order signoffs for the Operations team to facilitate smooth workflows. Monitor compounding progress and ensure production meets customer demands and expectations. Create and update Monthly Capacity Planning to optimize resources and production efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and improve efficiency. Create weekly and monthly PowerPoint presentations to communicate key metrics and operational insights to management. Process purchase orders through the ERP system to ensure timely material procurement. Establish and maintain strong, high-quality relationships with vendors to support the purchasing of materials and services. Negotiate with vendors for broad purchases of goods and services, reviewing bids to ensure the best possible price and service guarantee. Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Unette Corporation. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred. 5 years similar experience required. The ability to work independently, without supervision required. Ability to organize priorities and workload required.
