Salary Range $13.00 Hourly
Description
Key Responsibilities: Set up and break down portable bars for banquet events according to event specifications. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas throughout the event. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making recommendations. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when applicable. Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in banquet or event settings. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
