Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guidewire Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong focus on Rating to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, particularly in the Rating engine, and a solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to rating logic, rules, and configurations.Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating.Work closely with developers, QA, and configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation of rating changes.Conduct impact analysis for rating changes and support regression testing.Create and maintain documentation including use cases, process flows, and data mappings.Support UAT and production validation for rating-related enhancements.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on rating requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the insurance domain.3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, specifically in Rating.Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and rating methodologies.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills:Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter or Rating.Experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration layers.Familiarity with XML, GOSU scripting, and SQL.Exposure to other Guidewire modules like BillingCenter or ClaimCenter.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.'Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is - 75716 to 132762/yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
