Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) Configuration and Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, strong programming skills in Gosu and Java, and a deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu and Guidewire Studio. Design and implement integration solutions with external systems using web services, messaging, and APIs. Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system testing. Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents and configuration guides. Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Support upgrades and cloud implementations of Guidewire applications.
Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration. Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Java. Experience with Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Data Model. Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes. Guidewire ACE certification in PolicyCenter Configuration (preferred). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
