Our Fort Mill, SC location is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team. Are you ready to shape the future with us? The position involves participating in SAP Basis administration and technical tasks including SAP software upgrades, applying Support Packages, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis and system health checks including technical monitoring. Work closely with global SAP Basis team members and data center provider teams to maintain a high degree of system reliability and performance. Apply knowledge of SAP Basis technology and ABAP application development experience to support SAP and associated technology infrastructure, landscape environments and interfacing systems. Participate in the impact assessment of new SAP releases to current system landscape environments, performance and steady state and assist in deploying the solution. Assist with troubleshooting system and application performance issues and coordinate overall system tuning. Apply database administration knowledge to critique database performance. Provide technical consultation to application development and functional teams and participate in technical projects across multiple application teams. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve processes and identify innovative methods to translate business requirements into technology infrastructure improvements. Define and document technical system requirements and systems management procedures. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Requires 24x7 on-call support 1 weekend every 2 months. Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate IT experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: SAP Basis Administration; SAP R/3 and associated technologies (SAP NetWeaver Java and SAP NetWeaver ABAP); SAP change and transport management; SAP technical architecture and system level troubleshooting and optimizing techniques; SAP User administration and authorization management; and Administration of relational database technologies. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Working with incident management with customers; Working with cross-cultural teams; and Working in a multi-national company. Requires 24x7 on-call support 1 weekend every 2 months. International travel required up to 5%. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
