Caterpillar Inc. seeks an IT Analyst Applications at its facility located at 812 W Washington St, East Peoria, IL 61630. This role is part of the Caterpillar IT enterprise data services group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering finance systems, enterprise product cost (EPC), and profitability analysis toolkit (PAT) services to internal customers. They will work directly with financial, EPC, and PAT teams to provide agile support, development, implementation, and leadership. The applications involve managing multiple distributed source systems, analytical tools, and data warehousing environments containing large data volumes, providing value-added insights. REQS: This position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Science, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or related role. Required experience includes: Data Modeling, Data Load Strategies, Data Validation, Data Export, Error Handling, Object Creation, and Hierarchy Building for Customer and Supplier entities; SQL, database concepts, and Unix Shell scripting; Snowflake data warehouse experience in AWS; Databases such as Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2; Designing and implementing integration solutions in DataStage and SnapLogic; Developing scalable API web services using ETL, DataStage, and SnapLogic platforms. Summary Pay Range: $132,101.00 - $143,520.00 Compensation and benefits vary based on factors such as job level, location, skills, performance, and experience.
