As the Construction Superintendent, you're at the center of action-piloting on-site operations from scheduling and logistics to cementing quality control and safety standards. You'll build powerful collaboration networks with architects, engineers, and city officials to ensure every project not only meets but shatters expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Helm Every Phase:
Command the construction processes from the ground up, including scheduling, budgeting, and managing subcontractors. Team Maestro:
Partner with Project Managers to coordinate troops on the ground-subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople. Compliance Leader:
Conduct inspections and cultivate relationships with local jurisdictions to ensure seamless adherence to all regulations. Cost and Time Wizard:
Build and oversee cost estimates while ensuring projects are completed on time and budget. Client Collaborator:
Team up with clients and management to define budgets and timelines and keep them involved every step of the way. Daily Operations Guru:

Experience:
