Who Were Looking For: The Senior Technical Solutions Specialistwillbe responsible for providing technical customer interaction and support, focusing on cybersecurity, integration of Laborie devices and data into Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and troubleshooting cloud connectivity issues. This role requires familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, FDA cyber guidance, and experience with medical capital equipment and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting connected medical devices in a clinical/hospital environment. This role is new to our organization with potential growth into a leadership role with the R&D department. About the Role: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Laborie devices and their integration with EMR systems. Address and resolve cloud connectivity issues related to medical devices. Conduct training sessions for clinical staff on the use and maintenance of connected medical devices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize device performance and data integration. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelors degree in information technology, cybersecurity, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical customer support, particularly in the medical device industry. Technical proficiency in navigating and understanding cybersecurity requirements and cloud connectivity. Basic understanding of FDA cybersecurity guidance and requirements. Experience with medical capital equipment along with familiarity of cloud applications and their support. Preferred Qualifications: Hospital equipment and systems experience preferred.
