Full Stack Development: Must live in Austin/San Antonio, TX.

Design, develop, and maintain both the

frontend

(user interfaces) and

backend

(server-side logic) of web applications using

React ,

Node.js , and

JavaScript . Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application across the stack. Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, focusing on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences. Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and integrate with

Microsoft SQL

databases for data storage and retrieval. Develop and implement APIs to enable efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions using

Jira

and

Confluence

for project management and documentation. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the teams best practices via

GitHub . Manage deployments and application scaling in

Microsoft Azure . Mentor junior developers , providing guidance and support to help them grow and improve their technical skills. Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high coding standards across the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in

React ,

Node.js , and

JavaScript

for full stack development. Extensive experience with

Microsoft SQL

databases. Ability to design and develop intuitive user interfaces with a focus on

user experience . Familiarity with

Jira

and

Confluence

for project and documentation management. Solid understanding of

GitHub

for version control and collaboration. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly

Microsoft Azure . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience with

UX/UI design

principles to independently design and implement user-friendly interfaces. Experience with DevOps practices. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
