Shift Manager Position
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations. Ensuring knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures. Ensuring the profitability of the business by operating shifts within established guidelines. Providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service. Assisting the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans. Ensuring all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and on schedule. Actively participating in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Representing Firehouse Subs in a professional manner. Communicating effectively to the GM/Owner any issues that may impact the business. Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner. We also Tip Share Free Manager Meals Uniforms provided. Compensation: $13.00 per hour.
