This person will play a key role in maintaining CRM health, improving cross-functional workflows, and leveraging automationincluding AIto increase efficiency and insights across Marketing and Sales.Youll join a fast-paced, mission-driven team that supports school systems with tools that drive real improvement for students. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and creative problem-solving in operations.Responsibilities:CRM ManagementMaintain and optimize HubSpot to support the full revenue funnelEnsure CRM processes align with GTM strategy and are consistently followed by teamsData Analysis & ReportingBuild dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insightsMonitor campaign and pipeline performance to inform strategyAutomation & WorkflowsSet up, monitor, and optimize workflows across the marketing and sales funnelImplement AI-powered automations to support content creation and operationsLead RoutingManage and refine automated lead assignment logic based on ICP, territory, or roleCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and visibilityGTM Tech Stack Integration & ManagementOwn the integration and maintenance of key platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Orum, Fireflies)Ensure tools are synced, efficient, and used effectively across departmentsProcess DocumentationDevelop and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, and process mapsSupport training for team members on GTM tools and best practicesAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport data hygiene initiatives to maintain accuracy and usability across systemsUse AI tools to support script writing and automation for webinars and podcastsExperience:24 years of experience in RevOps, CRM management, or marketing/sales operationsExperience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), and GTM platforms like Apollo, Orum, and FirefliesStrong analytical skills and comfort working with datasets and dashboardsKnowledge or interest in using AI tools for workflow and content supportExcellent organizational and documentation habitsA collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownershipBenefits:Great medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsIn addition to 14 observed holidays, team members have unlimited paid time off401(k) plan with employer matchEmployer Paid Life InsuranceCompetitive Bonus StructureAwesome Collaborative Office Space located in Downtown FresnoThe expected range of pay for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
