Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Duties: Create tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them Pay attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement Develop new tests to run, run the tests, and document the results Collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program Desired Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience working in manual testing understanding project documents and product objectives to create and execute test cases 2+ years experience in POS Testing 1+ years experience using ticketing tool like JIRA Hands on experience of using test inventory for release and test management Basic knowledge of any programming language and process management methodology Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools Strong knowledge and experience in various types of testing such as: Regression, Integration, End to End and Sanity Ability to recognize risks and errors in an application Excellent verbal and written communication skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry A passion for testing, development, and design POS Testing Electronic payment testing with API testing experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $53.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
