Our executive chef is trained in Japanese and French cuisine, and we have an experienced sushi chef. We serve traditional Japanese food and aim to elevate the quality of Japanese cuisine in our area. We are looking for passionate individuals interested in learning about Japanese culinary techniques and growing with us. We are a Michelin Guide listed restaurant and have been recognized by Esquire's Best New Restaurants 2021. We believe in teamwork, hard work, and professional growth. Qualifications Willing to work hard as part of a team Enthusiastic about learning modern Japanese cuisine Caring towards customers and colleagues Flexible with responsibilities, including cleaning and other tasks Always stay busy, even during slow times, by polishing or cleaning Follow safety protocols, including proof of vaccination Able to lift 50 lbs Eligible to work in the U.S. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
We primarily seek line and prep cooks for lunch/brunch shifts, with other shifts available. Employees working over 30 hours are eligible for insurance; a 401(k) plan is also available.
